We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Exchanges are available through our Exchange Request Form. Exchange requests must be submitted within 2–3 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

• Exchange requests must be submitted through the Exchange Request Form.
• Approved exchanges may take up to 14 days to be processed.
• Delivery fees apply for all exchange shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.
• All exchange terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and procedures are outlined in the Exchange Request Form.
