At Urban Jewel, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide exchanges for eligible items. To initiate an exchange, please notify us within the same day of receiving your order.

Exchanges typically take up to 14 days to process. Please note that delivery fees may apply for exchanges. We believe in transparent communication, and our courier will coordinate with you before the exchange to ensure a smooth process.

 

Terms & Conditions For Customer Exchanges


Exchange requests must meet the below requirements:
Your request period will expire after 14 days from the date of purchase (In Bazaars) or from the date of delivery (Online orders).
* Proof of purchase must be provided via order/Invoice number

Exchange requests will not be accepted without the order number.
* Your returned product should be returned in the same original protective packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.


In reference to Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, all customers are allowed only 14 days of the date of purchasing the product to exchange any item (excluding any custom items, microfiber towels, or items that have been bought during a sale) ; provided that the product is in its original status and the receipt/ order number is available. In the event that more than 14 days have passed, an exchange request is null and void.

Policies of Exchanges

  1. In the case that you get items and want to change due to taste then delivery fees are paid in full for the exchange!

  2. The second case, is if you got damaged items and choose to exchange with the same items, then no delivery fees are charged.

  3. In the third case, if you get items that are damaged & would like to exchange with different items, then only half of the delivery fees are charged due to the change of order selection.
